Terms of purchase
General conditions of the e-shop
1. The general terms and conditions of the e-shop apply to all persons (hereinafter the Customer) and the e-shop operator Inten OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) when purchasing goods and services and using the e-shop.
2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations between the Customer and the Seller arising when purchasing from the E-store are regulated by the legislation and established good practices in the Republic of Estonia.


Prices
1. The seller has the right to change the prices of the products as needed without prior notice.
2. The seller has the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If the price has been changed/changed in the e-store after the Buyer has submitted and paid for the order, the Seller undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. The buyer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.
3. In the standard view, product prices are displayed without VAT.
4. The delivery fee is added to the price of the products according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer and the calculation of the weight (in addition to determining the quantity and volume, the exact amount can be calculated).


Description of payment methods and currency
1. You can pay for the selected item in the e-shop via the e-banking link of the following banks: Swedbank, SEB bank, Luminor, LHV and Coop bank. You can also pay for the goods by credit card and bank transfer. In the transfer, the number of the document underlying the transfer must be indicated in the explanation.
2. The settlement currency is Euro. All prices are in euros (EUR), plus 20% VAT.


Conditions for ordering products
1. To order products, the Customer does not need to register as an E-shop user.
2. The customer selects the desired products, determines the quantity of each product and the delivery method, and confirms the order.
3. By completing the order, the Customer confirms that he agrees with the terms of use of the Seller's e-store and undertakes to comply with them.
4. When completing the order, the Customer is required to provide the necessary information for the execution of the order: first and last name, exact address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city/town/township/village, county), contact phone number and e-mail address.
5. If the addresses of the Customer and the recipient of the product are different, the Customer must also provide information about the recipient.
6. In case the data provided by the Customer is incorrect and/or incomplete, the Seller does not guarantee the proper fulfillment of the product order and the delivery of the goods to their destination. If possible, the Seller will contact the Customer to clarify incorrect or incomplete data.
7. The delivery fee is added to the price of the ordered products according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
8. It is possible to pay the Seller for the order confirmed by the customer by bank transfer via the order confirmation base or bank link.
9. The order becomes effective after the amount paid for the goods is received in the Seller's bank account.


Preparation of the order
1. Select the product and press the "Add to cart" button next to the product. The product is automatically moved to the shopping cart.
2. Press the "Shopping cart" button to complete the order. You can always see the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Check the products and quantities in the shopping cart. If necessary, change the amount or delete by pressing the "remove" letter. After changing the quantity, save the changes to the quantities. Press the green "Order" button to proceed with the purchase process.
4. Recipient of the goods, payer of the goods - please fill in the necessary fields. Choose a delivery method. If you think it is necessary to provide additional information, please add it in the comment box.
5. Select the delivery method and press the green "Order" button.
6. After confirming the order, the Seller sends you an "Order Confirmation" message.


Paying the bill
11. The customer can pay for the order through the e-banking link of the following banks: Swedbank, SEB bank, Luminor, LHV and Coop bank or by bank transfer to the Seller's current account. You can find the necessary details for payment by bank transfer in the order confirmation received by e-mail.
2. The payment term for the order is 3 working days. The order will be canceled if the payment deadline is exceeded.
3. After receiving the payment, the seller issues the goods using the delivery method chosen by the customer.

 

Sending the ordered goods
1. Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods in the warehouse of the Seller or the Seller's partners. When ordering a product, the customer is shown the current availability of the product (in stock / on order). Products in stock will be delivered by the seller within 1-3 working days. The delivery time of the ordered products is 1-4 weeks. If the delivery of the product exceeds the pre-agreed time limit or there are problems with the delivery for reasons beyond the control of the seller, the customer will be contacted and it will be agreed whether the order will be continued or terminated and the money will be returned.
2. The Seller sends the ordered products to the Customer's desired address using the transport chosen by the latter.
3. Generally, the ordered product(s) will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is received.
4. Within Estonia, the product reaches its destination within a maximum of 2-3 working days after the ordered product has been dispatched.
5. Shipping costs are paid by the Customer. The shipping cost will be added to the product order confirmation.
6. In the event that the ordered Goods cannot be delivered to the Customer due to circumstances arising from the Customer (e.g. the Customer was not at the address specified in the order during the period agreed with the courier, the customer cannot be reached repeatedly by phone), the Customer must pay again for each subsequent delivery according to the pre-agreed transport price list or pick up the goods yourself at the seller's warehouse.
7. All shipping costs include both handling and packaging fees and shipping costs.
8. The shipping cost is determined by considering the weight and size of the product packaging.
9. The method of delivery of products of special dimensions is agreed separately with the Customer.


Transportation
1. I will pick it up myself - the goods can be picked up at the address Kanama tee 5, Saku parish - after paying for the goods in advance. If you have to pay for the goods, please do so on the spot, paying in cash or by card.
2. Courier - with courier service to the Customer's address.


Responsibilities of the seller
1. The seller undertakes to deliver a correct and complete product to the customer.
2. The seller undertakes to accept and document all written claims of the customer.
3. The Seller undertakes to resolve the Customer's claims within 7 working days if the reasons for the claim are not dependent on the Customer.
4. The seller undertakes to replace scrap copies of the products. The Seller is only responsible for manufacturing or material defects that were present when the product was handed over to the Customer.
5. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused to the Buyer or for delays in the delivery of the product if the damage or the delay of the product is due to a circumstance that the Seller could not influence and whose arrival the Seller could not foresee (force majeure).


Cancellation of the order by the customer
1. The customer has the right to partially or fully withdraw from the order up to 14 days after payment of the invoice.
2. In order to cancel the order, the Customer must submit an application to the Seller in writing or by e-mail.
3. In the written application to cancel the order, the Customer must indicate the bank account number and the name of the bank account holder, where the money to be returned should be transferred.
4. Cash refunds are not made by the Seller.
5. In the event that the Customer withdraws from the order, he undertakes to return the unused and undamaged products without delay, but no later than within 7 calendar days from the date of sending the withdrawal request.
6. Products to be returned must be in unopened original packaging with user manuals and other documentation.
7. The original invoice must be sent with the returned product.
8. If the product returned by the Customer has been used, the Seller has the right to refuse a refund.
9. After checking the documents and the product, the Seller sends the cancellation notice to the Customer with a credit invoice (shipping costs are deducted).
10. The Seller will return to the Customer the amount paid for the returned products (excluding the costs of shipping the products) within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation notice and the product at the latest.
11. When meeting the customer, the Seller offers the opportunity to exchange the product for another product. Additional costs are borne by the Customer.

12. Order cancellation is only possible for standard products. If the Customer has placed a special order or the product has been customized according to the Customer's special wishes, the product cannot be returned.

 

Cancellation of the order by the seller
1. The seller has the right to cancel the order in part or in full if the ordered product is sold out or turned out to be scrap by the time of dispatch. For this purpose, the Seller contacts the Client within 2 working days by e-mail or telephone and informs the Client about the problem. The amount to be returned is transferred by the Seller to the bank account designated by the Client in full or according to the agreement with the Client (replacement product, partial payment, etc.).

2. Product prices and availability may change without notice. The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if a human error has occurred with the product when entering the price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a product costing EUR 100 is sold for EUR 10). Product information is checked and improved regularly. Due to the inadequacy of the manufacturers' data cards, there may be inaccuracies in the product information of the e-shop. In this case, the seller does not take responsibility for the correctness of the product data. However, we recommend that before making a purchase, if possible, check the accuracy of the product information by calling our customer service at +372 6335230 or by e-mail at gosafe@inten.ee

 


Privacy Terms
1. All customer-related and stored data are treated as confidential information that cannot be disclosed to third parties.
2. The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and deliver the goods to the buyer. Necessary personal data (including name, phone number, address) are forwarded to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail address at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
