What are galvanized pipes?
Our galvanized steel pipes have an additional protective layer to protect them from corrosion and other harmful factors. This makes these tubes ideal for outdoor use and they have a longer shelf life. During galvanizing, pipes are immersed in a bath of liquid zinc. This zinc layer protects the pipes for a long time. Quality galvanized pipe can be expensive, but at Tubex we charge a reasonable price for our galvanized steel and cut it to size for you, free of charge!
What to connect the pipes with?
We are regularly asked what is the best way to blacken pipes. Although it is possible to paint the pipe black yourself, we do not recommend it. For best results, our black tubes are best. These pipes are equipped with a durable KTL coating, which gives a beautiful and smooth matte effect. In addition to this beautiful appearance, tubes with a good coating are also more resistant to scratches, so the color lasts longer. Do you prefer another color? In this case, you can contact us with your desired color and we can also offer pipes in other colors on special order. Feel free to contact us for advice!
How to buy pipes?
Do you want to buy a steel pipe? Tubex has a selection of tubes in different sizes. Define your own pipe length, diameter and finish. Then select the appropriate smart clips for it. This way you can assemble your furniture completely according to your wishes. Our pipes are cut to size free of charge. If you need particularly long pipes for your project, we can offer you steel pipes up to 6 meters long, but in this case, we ask that you contact us separately to complete the order and agree on transportation.
