Withdrawal from the sales contract and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods. Only regular products can be returned. If the product was specially made according to your measurements, it is not possible to return the product.

When withdrawing from the sales contract, the goods and packaging must be unused and complete.

In case of return of used or incomplete goods, the seller has the right to set off the cost of the decrease in the value of the goods from the purchase amount returned to the buyer.

When withdrawing from the sales contract, the seller has the right to set off the transport cost from the returned purchase amount.

In the event that the buyer does not return the goods within 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement, the seller has the right not to satisfy the withdrawal statement.

In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, the goods can be returned to our office, which is located at: Kanama tee 5, Saku vald 76405, Harjumaa, Estonia.

You can also return the goods using a courier or parcel machine service. For this purpose, please notify info@tubex.ee in advance

The purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation notice has been submitted. The seller has the right to delay the return until the goods to be returned have reached the seller or the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned. The amount paid by bank link or transfer will be transferred back to the account from which the amount was received and according to the payment method used to complete the order. In the case of a payment made by credit card, a transaction cancellation application is submitted to the card payment center.
